The List: Women of Style of Iloilo 2016

The First List came out in 2008 in celebration of my 20th year as society and lifestyle columnist while the Second List was made in 2011 for my 23rd year anniversary.

Now for my 28th year, yours truly came up with the Third List. Women of Style of Iloilo 2016 included six style icons who exude confidence and who made fashion a living art.

They are fashion designer AGNESETTE MARIE B. AUSAN, supermodel RIA BOLIVAR, businesswoman/photographer DOLLY CHUA, cosmetic surgeon and former Congresswoman from Zambales Dr. PACITA T. GONZALEZ, former Philippine Cultural Attaché to Spain and Venezuela SARAH SALCEDO and businesswoman/actress/model/restaurateur/healthy food advocate KATHLEEN E. YNION.

Generous to a fault, they supported my fund-raising effort for the medical needs of EULAN DACH HISANAN, a four-year old kid from Roxas City diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia-T cell.

Their enduring glamour was captured in framed black and white portraits by society photographer RAY TABAFUNDA and US based photojournalist PINOY GONZALES. These photographic masterpieces will be exhibited on Oct. 10 to 16, 2016 at The Quad of Robinsons Place Jaro along with their designer gowns, which will speak well of their popularity with Iloilo and Manila high society and with top designers and stylists.

On the opening night on Oct. 10, Monday, the Women of Style of Iloilo 2016 portraits will be unveiled with a cocktail party courtesy of DoVa by MIGUEL CORDOVA.
